The most recent addition is the major Chinese travel site Trip.com formerly known as CTRIP with the Siteminder channel manager. Our revenue management team is always looking for additional marketing avenues to increase occupancy at the best rates. The PMS also allows us to develop relations with travel agencies in real time. Prices are adjusted in real time with the PriceLabs tool the market occupancy, demand, local events and adjust to the best values.
Behind our customer service team there is a strong support of technology. The guest is on boarded to their experience with a smooth check in process, local area and concierge service for activities. We are always close and reachable to support our guests through Phone, SMS, Whatsapp, social media channels, email using the top of the line Intercom software.
On the property back end we take care of inventories, maintenance, cleaning with breezeway and monitor noise with Noiseaware.
