Please, be mindful of completing your pre check-in online in advance, to avoid delays at your arrival. When the pre check-in is completed, we will send the reservation to the building. The front desk will give you access to your unit.

This unit is privately owned and does not participate on the hotel program. There is No housekeeping or room service.
The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

good location I guess for hollywood fl. I didn't understand ALLL the extra fees ... BE Sure TO READ IT THOROUGHLY , i had to pay almost $400 extra for resort fees taxes and 43 dollars a night for parking. front desk was kinda rude. unit was BARE bones with a 26 inch tv , but bed was comfortable, crunchy bath towels. I DEFINITELY had better stays at an airbnb. if i wanted a HOTEL I WOULD OF BOOKED IT MYSELF,. not too mention you have to fi fill out forms before arrival... i wouldn't call it an AIR BED AND BREAKFAST , i'd call it a 3rd party selling an subpar hotel.
