The space
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with den and a full kitchen. It's located steps from the famous Hollywood boardwalk. It has a breathtaking view of the intercostal and the best sunset in south Florida.
Guest access
You will have access to the apartment and common areas with wristband.
Interaction with guests
Please, be mindful of completing your pre check-in online in advance, to avoid delays at your arrival. When the pre check-in is completed, we will send the reservation to the building. The front desk will give you access to your unit.

* Administrative fee of $55.
* Parking: Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $42.80/day.
* Long Term Parking: If you are staying up to 14 days, it’s $374.75 flat rate. After day 14 rate is 28.62/day.
* Resort Fee: You will have to pay a $37.45/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 28 days. For more than 28 days, it's $18.17/day.
These prices include tax. The fees above are charged by the resort and are subject to change.

This unit is privately owned and does not participate on the hotel program. There is No housekeeping or room service.
Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

Our unit was clean and in good condition when we arrived. There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a “den” with two full beds. The den does not have a door and is open to the rest of the unit. I found the mattresses way too soft for my liking but that’s a matter of taste. There is only one bathroom. The unit’s balcony is great. The one major disappointment in the unit is the washer/dryer combination. It may be a question of servicing, but the dryer didn’t work very well. You also need to know that there are a number of extras that you are paying for. The fees quoted when we booked the unit in January, were increased in February when we received the arrival email. Even more annoying, the fees were again different when we arrived. As an Airbnb unit in a hotel/serviced apartment building, we did not get daily cleaning and towel changes. It may be better just to book directly through the management company (cielostays dot com). Our host, José, was very prompt in communications.

My friends and I stayed here for spring break! We had an awesome time. It's a great location and the hotel has a very nice pool. All of the employees are very nice. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and there's a lot of yummy places to get a bite to eat. I highly recommend staying here—Jose answered very fast and was able to help whenever I needed it. I would absolutely stay here again!
