This is a beautiful 1 bedroom plus den and one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen.

You will have access to the apartment and common areas with wristband.

Interaction with guests

Be mindful of completing your pre check-in online in advance, to avoid delays at your arrival. When the pre check-in is completed, we will send the reservation to the building. The front desk will give you access to your unit.

Other things to note

Fees payable at check-in and not included in the rate.
* Administrative fee of $55.
* Parking: Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $42.80/day.
* Long Term Parking: If you are staying up to 14 days, it’s $374.75 flat rate. After day 14 rate is 28.62/day.
* Resort Fee: You will have to pay a $37.45/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 28 days. For more than 28 days, it's $18.17/day.

These prices include tax. The fees above are charged by the resort and are subject to change.

There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

The location to the beach and boardwalk. We could easily walk back up to the condo for lunch from the beach. It was nice to have that den/sofa area so our kids each had their own space. It was easy to check in and entire condo complex was very clean and our room was clean when we got there. The kitchen was wonderful to have as we made many meals there to save money. You can see the ocean from the patio and the moon every night was stunning. We did use the workout room, pool, hot tub, rooftop bar, bikes, and chair rentals. Everything was super easy to understand and the resort staff was friendly. Opportunities for future guests...just a few. I would recommend instructions on how to use the oven, better pans, and allow more shower towels for the week. Overall this rental was fabulous. I will likely stay here again and always recommend to others.

Location and space were great. Very clean and accurately represented by the online photos. Cooking was difficult as the pots and pans were pretty poor quality, but we made it work. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and the rooftop pool/bar is a great place to spend the day.
