The building is a 5 star resort. Enjoy rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sky bar lounge. Just steps from legendary Hollywood Boardwalk, the nicest place in all South-East Florida and 100 ft (30m) from the ocean. A lot of bars and restaurants around. One of the best beaches in Florida.

The space

This is a 680 sq ft unit with one king bed and one sofa bed. The unit has everything that you need for a pleasant stay. The building is a 5 star condo hotel resort with a beautiful pool deck area, jacuzzi and a rooftop bar.

Guest access

You will have access to the apartment and common areas with wristband.

Interaction with guests

Be mindful of completing your pre check-in online in advance, to avoid delays at your arrival. When the pre check-in is completed, we will send the reservation to the building. The front desk will give you access to your unit.

Fees payable at check-in and not included in the rate.

* Administrative fee of $55.
* Parking: Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $42.80/day.
* Long Term Parking: If you are staying up to 14 days, it’s $374.75 flat rate. After day 14 rate is 28.62/day.
* Resort Fee: You will have to pay a $37.45/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 28 days. For more than 28 days, it's $18.17/day.

These prices include tax. The fees above are charged by the resort and are subject to change.

Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

I loved the condo we stayed in. The view was only a partial view, but still beautiful. The condo was clean, and the amenities were great. The only thing I would recommend is that a baking sheet be placed in the kitchen.
