This unit is privately owned and does not participate on the hotel program. There is No housekeeping or room service.
The property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

Great location and had a lot of fun with the family, definitely recommending to family and friends

Loved staying here. Right near all the restaurants and the band shell concert on Friday. Roof top bar and pool were great food drinks and view. Highly recommend.

Check-in was easy and friendly. The pictures did not do the rooftop area justice. The pool, dj music and the whole area was amazing. Lots of places to sit and watch the sun rise and set. Staff was nice and not super picky and rules. The unit was clean and crisp. Shower head had great pressure and everything seemed new. The location is perfect. I am from this area but moved away and Hollywood Beach is my home. All very easy.
